Stay Clean Hands business model

 

Our business model has three different streams of income, the main one being the rental contracts of sanitiser dispensers, the retail of hand sanitising solutions to the general market and the potential advertising opportunities in the hand sanitiser dispensers’ two larger models. Franchisees own and operate an exclusive area, which can be expanded on demand.

The standard Stay Clean Hands franchise package includes everything you need to successfully secure the rental contracts for the units provided in your franchise.

  • Official franchise launch through direct communication with target businesses in exclusive area.

  • The systems and processes to become a Stay Clean Hands franchisee including all corporate identity, operations, sales and MKT and OCHS.

  • A unique Stay Clean Hands centralised support centre taking care of lead generation, invoicing and general admin. Franchisees can focus on growing their business and income.

  • Initial stock of 150 hand sanitizer dispensers and sanitising solution in three different dispenser models.  

  • All units once contracted generate a monthly revenue of over $5,000 or an annual sales revenue of around $65,000.

  • Many businesses are accepting 2 dispensers for their premises, shopping  malls minimum 4 units and some businesses taking up to 12 dispensers.

  • There is an allocated volume of hand-sanitizer solution for each contract, which is included in your initial investment.

  • Should the business where your dispensers are located use more than the allocated volume of sanitizer, the contract requires that they buy refills from you. This transaction also generates a margin for the franchisee adding to current rental fees.
