Legislation to effect small business
The initial phase of the Rudd Government's Fair Work Act 2009 came into effect on July 1, replacing the former WorkChoice legislation and experts are warning that many businesses may face an increase in costs with the rollout.

There are fact sheets available from the Fair Work Australia office which outline the changes.
