The Federal Government has won tough new powers to combat predatory pricing, after the Senate accepted an important change to Australia's trade practices laws.
Predatory pricing exists where a large, powerful company uses its market strength to drive smaller competitors out of business by selling at prices below its own costs for lengthy periods.

Hell Pizza (NZ) has apologised to Sir Edmund Hillary's family following another controversial promotion, this time featuring a skeletal animation of the revered New Zealander dancing on a grave.
