Bakers Delight stores across the nation will actively support Australians affected with breast cancer from 24th April – 13th May, 2008.

100% from the sale of specially prepared Pink Finger Buns during the Pink Bun Fundraising Campaign will go directly to Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) - helping them continue to assist the 36 women a day diagnosed with breast cancer across Australia.

More than 620 Bakers Delight bakeries throughout Australia are supporting the 2008 Pink Bun campaign and will be organising a variety of community activities to raise awareness of the impact of breast cancer.

BCNA CEO and breast cancer survivor, Lyn Swinburne, said the campaign is a wonderful way to encourage communities and Australia as a whole, to pay tribute to women and their families affected by breast cancer.

"Bakers Delight helps us make a genuine difference to the lives of thousands of women each year and its great to see so many stores nationwide getting involved in their local communities," Lyn said.

"Monies raised during the Pink Bun campaign will help BCNA distribute My Journey Kits to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. So far BCNA have distributed over 25,000 My Journey Kits – a comprehensive information kit distributed free of charge regardless of where the woman lives in Australia," she added.

Now in its eighth year, the Pink Bun campaign has raised almost $2 million, directly supporting thousands of women and their families throughout their breast cancer journeys.

Along with buying a Pink Finger bun, Bakers Delight customers are encouraged to leave a personal message in support or memory of a loved one with breast cancer in their community by sponsoring a Pink Lady silhouette at their local store. The community's sponsored Pink Lady silhouettes will be displayed in the Bakers Delight store as a visual demonstration of local support.

Every Bakers Delight bakery will be creatively decorated in pink during this campaign as they compete for the annual Pink Lady Award, recognising their efforts in raising awareness and valuable dollars for breast cancer. The public is encouraged to get behind the efforts of their favourite bakery and vote for them online at www.bcna.org.au.

Australian waterless carwash ecowash mobile has had a memorable start to the year, moving to double figures overseas with a presence in 10 countries and launching in three of the world's most famous cities – Paris, Dubai and Athens.

"All of these cities are the major hubs of their respective regions. Dubai is the jewell of the Middle East, Paris has a similar standing in Europe as does Athens in Greece. It is a great catalyst for growth and aligning ourselves with these key overseas markets," said ecowash mobile managing director Jim Cornish.

"I met the Greece master franchisee Michael Curry in Saudi Arabia when he was general manager for a major importer of luxury vehicles including Lamborghini, Ducati and Bugatti. We were part of the launch of their showroom in 2006. He has been training in Monaco since February to prepare him for the role, where he was trained by Melbourne State Manager Dean Binios, who could speak the language."

"Michael did the Athens Franchise Show last month and received a huge response with 80 qualified leads, so we should have an additional 5 or 6 franchises in the next two months. We already have an additional franchise since he started."

The new master franchise will operate north of Greece in Thessalonica.

Mr Cornish was overseas in February not only to monitor new operations in Greece but also Paris, which also unveiled its new master franchise in late February. The Paris launch marks the second master franchise opening in France, the original opening February 2007 in Langue Doc – Rousillon.

"And now ecowash mobile has commenced operations in Dubai. We plan to extend to Abu Dhabi shortly and are currently preparing vehicles for the launch. I'm anticipating even greater interest during the franchise show in Saudi Arabia in June."

Everything went at the event where anything goes…and Worldwide Online Printing was proud to add some extra colour!

As a major sponsor of the year's Peet Op Shop Ball for Anglicare WA, Worldwide produced all the material used to communicate the showcase charity event's features and benefits via brochures, posters, auction catalogues and other promotional media.

Held at the Burswood Entertainment Complex Grand Ballroom, the annual charity ball's 600 guests raised around $100,000 to help Anglicare's crusade to support community services such as emergency relief, counselling, housing assistance and children's services.

Definitely not black tie, ball guests flocked to Anglicare's second-hand clothing Op-Shops for their attire. The theme was 'Outrageous!' and the random outfits rose to the occasion.

"We were delighted to have been able to be a major sponsor of The Op Shop Ball for its second year," said Worldwide Online Printing CEO Mark Manderson.

"We all lead such hectic lives and rarely get time to pause to consider those who are less fortunate than ourselves. Anglicare's incredible staff and volunteers do so much for the community here in WA, and we seize any and every opportunity we can to support them.

"In fact, we're already geared up to be a major print sponsor again for 2009."

"It was a fantastic night, with great entertainment and a fun vibe," Mark added. "As for the costumes – my polyester suit was quite tame in comparison!"

Ian Craig, Chairman of The Op-Shop Ball and Executive General Manager of Fundraising and Marketing for Anglicare WA, said:

"We couldn't do it without the generous support of our sponsors, including Worldwide Online Printing. The quality of the print and design work gives our event such a professional image and we were overwhelmed again this year by the generosity of the Worldwide Online Printing team."

Anyone interested in sponsoring, donating or volunteering for Anglicare WA can visit their website at www.theopshopball.com.au.

"Franchising consumes such a large sector of the business market; it's often daunting to know where to look first. People look for a point of difference in hundreds of franchise models available in Australia. Just Cuts'™ primary value proposition and point of difference is in the franchise royalty fee. Just Cuts™ salon owners pay a set weekly fee. In most other systems, franchisees pay a percentage of their total revenue to the franchisor," says Just Cuts Business Development Manager, Alan Carroll.

Just Cuts provides franchisees with continual business training and support, along with the freedom of managing the salon they way they choose.

Purchasing a business doesn't have to be an overwhelming experience explains Just Cuts salon owner, Sam DePetro "We opened our first Just Cuts™ salon in Melbourne Central in 1994 and haven't looked back since. Investing in a Just CutsTM franchise carries minimal risk as you are buying into a successful and established system that is proven to work. Regardless of the strength of the economy, there will always be a demand for haircuts because hair never stops growing!"

We all share this planet, humans and animals alike. And we all must look after it. So Aussie Pooch Mobile offers a way for your dog to help decrease his footprint and do his part for the earth.

Operating for 17 years, with 175 franchises world wide, environmentally aware dogs and their owners are choosing Aussie Pooch Mobile for the company's commitment to the environment, and for their philosophy of 'we care'.

As well as taking measures to be water-wise all products used are environmentally friendly so they won't harm your dog, the operator or the environment.

"When I founded Aussie Pooch Mobile in 1991, my key concern was making things better for dogs and the environment," says founder, Chris Taylor.

"A water savvy way of washing pets was essential and the hydrobath ticked all the boxes while ensuring the dogs were clean. In fact, today hydrobathing your dog only uses 20 litres of water, which is a substantial water saving. With the majority of our customers having their pooches washed every two weeks this amounts to less than two litres of water per day. A lot less than using the old hose and bucket."

To celebrate Earth Day on 22 April, all dogs washed by Aussie Pooch Mobile during that week will receive a free aromacare treatment which promotes calm and wellbeing and will leave your pooch feeling oh so good.

A facial treatment for those who've spent too much time in the sun...
Experience a Soin Bio Réparateur Facial Treatment and you'll get revitalised and regenerated skin, as well as a bonus Concentré Réparateur Intensif, 15mL firming serum, valued at $63.

Ella Baché's Soin Bio Réparateur Facial Treatment features the revolutionary ingredient fabanine; a unique soy derivative which helps to significantly reduce the visible effects of UV damage and to protect against further sun damage. Fabanine also assists in the retention of the skin's natural moisture levels, minimises the appearance of signs of premature ageing and enhances the performance of antioxidants, which assist in countering the formation of dilated capillaries and redness.

The Soin Bio-Réparateur Facial Treatment begins with a relaxing back and shoulder massage to de-stress and release tension build-up. This is followed by a thorough cleansing and exfoliation process to prepare for the nutritious benefits of soy and skin essential vitamins. The main ingredients are applied in a concentrated form via an ampoule, followed by a skin softening massage oil rich in Sunflower Seed Oil and Babassu Oil, which provides a cocktail of skin essential fatty acids to immediately start feeding the skin! As you begin to drift away the luxurious massage begins releasing facial tension, relaxing fine lines to reawaken and rebalance your energies. The result is visibly firmer, radiant glowing skin! Your skin will be left feeling revitalised and energised!

For skin good enough to eat this month try an Ella Baché Soin Bio Réparateur Facial Treatment and receive a bonus Concentré Réparateur Intensif, 15mL firming serum, valued at $63!
