Michel's Patisserie was foundered in 1988 by Noel Carroll & Noel Roberts with a small bakery in Hornsby NSW and two retail outlets.
Together they grew the company to be one of Australia's most successful patisserie franchise groups and now boast over 340 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Michel’s Patisserie now forms part of Australia’s largest multi food franchisors Retail Food Group (RFG)
RFG have had over 25 years in franchising and also operate several other iconic Australian brands including Donut King, bb’s café and Brumbys bakeries.
Michel's Patisserie's product range boasts over 200 delicious items consisting of small and large cakes, flans, pastries, pies, quiche and other savouries with the added value of hot and cold beverages.
It's the simplicity of the system that attracts dedicated Franchisees to our system, as the baking is separated from the retailing. Franchisees simply place their order to the central bakery each afternoon and delicious fresh products are delivered early the next morning for the store to merchandise and sell.
