Michel's Patisserie's product range boasts over 200 delicious items consisting of small and large cakes, flans, pastries, pies, quiche and other savouries with the added value of hot and cold beverages. It's the simplicity of the system that attracts dedicated Franchisees to our system, as the baking is separated from the retailing. Franchisees simply place their order to the central bakery each afternoon and delicious fresh products are delivered early the next morning for the store to merchandise and sell.
