A bit of history

The business was started in 1990 by Mark Bonello (still Managing Director) in a modest home office with a small team of enthusiastic distributors selling a modest range of products. Today, we are Australasia’s largest direct marketing organisation, delivering well over four million quality books and other products annually to customers at their place of work across Australia and New Zealand.

These products are delivered fortnightly by independent business owners who are passionate about being part of the best display book company in the world.

Our approach is as simple as it is successful: we supply what people want - how they prefer to buy it – and at the most affordable price. In 1998 we gave other people the opportunity to also share in our success by franchising our business.

How the business works

Lifetime sources books and other quality consumer products from local and international suppliers that are test marketed to ensure their popularity. The large volume of products we purchase allows franchisees to sell products for at least a 50% discount on normal retail prices. All products are supplied by the Master Franchisees to their franchisees on a consignment basis (i.e. stock is only paid for when it has been sold).

We need more people

Our reputation has been built on excellence in customer care service and providing customers with products that offer great value for money. Demand for our products is growing quickly and we need new franchisees to help meet this demand.
