COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To enter this competition you need to register as a member of the Inside Franchising Club at www.insidefranchising.com.au .
2. This competition opens on 8 October 2005 at 8.00am and closes on 21 October 2005 at 5.00pm.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
4. Only one valid entry per person will be accepted.
5. Employees, contractors, associates and agents of Inside Franchising and their immediate families are ineligible from entering.
6. Inside Franchising reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions or any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
7. Inside Franchising accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed received at the time received by Inside Franchising, not at the time the entry is transmitted.
8. All valid entries will be entered into a draw and the winner will be randomly selected from the draw.
9. The draw will occur on 24 October 2005 at 10.00am at the office of Inside Franchising.
10. The winner will be awarded a cash prize of AUD $2,000. A cash cheque will be made out in the winner's name.
11. The winner will be contacted via email. The winner's name will also be posted on Inside Franchising's website at www.insidefranchising.com.au .
12. Once the winner has been notified s/he must contact Inside Franchising within a period of 21 days to accept his/her prize. Inside Franchising will deliver the prize within 28 days. If the winner fails to contact Inside Franchising within 21 days it will be deemed, without further notice, that the winner wishes to forfeit his/her prize. In this instance, Inside Franchising reserves the right to conduct such further draws as are necessary in order to award the prize.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of sponsorship withdrawal or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Inside Franchising which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Inside Franchising reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
14. Inside Franchising is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer, online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants related to or resulting from participating or sending or receiving any communication in relation to this competition.
15. All entries will be the property of Inside Franchising. The information provided by entrants will be used by Inside Franchising for the purpose of conducting this competition. Inside Franchising may disclose entrants' personal information to its sponsors, contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or to communicate with entrants and as required by law. Inside Franchising's privacy policy is available on Inside Franchising's website at www.insidefranchising.com.au .
