Our Commitment – Quality Products and Honest Dealing
Chatterbox Toys is operated by Inside Franchising Pty Ltd and may also be known as LCB Toys and Décor. Our values are quality products, fair prices, excellent service and great follow-up.
Prices
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in Chatterbox Toys website. The prices quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax.
Prices listed are excluding delivery. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Ordering and Payment
To order, email chatterboxtoys@bigpond.com and provide details of the products you require (including quantity). You will then receive an invoice which will advise you of the bank account into which you should deposit your payment. After cleared funds are received your goods will be dispatched to you. All stock offered for sale is available. At no time will we offer products that cannot be delivered.
Freight Policy
Provided that payment of cleared funds is received by 9.00 am, goods will be shipped the same day. Goods will be sent by a courier service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packed before they are shipped. In the event that an item has a fault please contact us immediately via email so we can arrange a replacement. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. When contacted we will advise if we require the goods to be returned and the service to use to effect its return. The items can be exchanged, refunded or a credit note issued at our discretion. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
Delivery
All items are sent via Australia Post or a courier company. Unless you request that items require a signature to prove delivery, all courier items will be left at your door or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, delivered according to their current delivery policy. If the items are left at your door, without requiring a signature, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If you require the items to be sent with the courier to obtain your signature, you should advise us at the time of placing the order. Additional charges apply for this service.

Your privacy is important to Chatterbox Toys. We will not divulge, sell or rent your personal information to any organisation or individual. Chatterbox Toys is committed to ensuring that any personal information that we have about you remains confidential. We do not use any information that you provide to us for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and supplying you with goods. If you choose to join our mailing list, your contact details will be used for that purpose.. We will not release any information to third parties for any reason whatsoever, except when required by law.
